Human Resources Manager
As Human Resource Manager, Pam is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding for new hires; benefit set-up and employee open enrollment; maintaining employee records including incentive discussions; performance evaluations and building employee moral through company events. Pam also conducts employee surveys for operational feedback and work culture.
Pam brings over 20 years of HR experience to TLI. Her HR experience began at Carnton Historic Site in Franklin as Assistant Director. In 2004, Pam became Executive Director at Rippavilla Historic Site in Spring Hill. In 2017, she transitioned into Retail HR Manager role for Kroger. Other roles include HR Specialist and HR manager at local manufacturing facilities in Middle Tennessee. Pam has a master’s degree in Public History with an emphasis in Museum Business Administration from MTSU.
