Jennifer Plumlee, Chief Executive Officer
Having experience in asset and asset light logistics, with building new teams and processes, and helping customers learn how to gain efficiencies in their supply chains; Jennifer’s focus for new growth will bring exciting things to TLI and its customers! Through the development and launch of new products, technologies and the creation and execution of complex logistics solutions, TLI will expand on the excellent service it is already known for in the Industry. Jennifer will be instrumental in driving these desired results through innovation, creative solutions, servant leadership and a continued customer centric focus.
Jennifer joined the organization after having spent 7 years at ArcBest Corporation and 13 years at FedEx Freight. During her tenure in these two companies, Jennifer held and led roles in Sales, Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Solutions Design, Pricing, Planning and Engineering. While in these roles, she also led the creation of new Teams whose purpose was to provide customers with multi-mode and multi-company supply chain solutions. These teams executed things such as formal customer on-boarding and integration, supply chain design and consulting services, cross-opco support and project management services. Combining supply chain analytics and development with modern technology solutions made these teams excel for the customers it supported.
Jennifer is very excited to have the opportunity to pivot off her past experience in implementing new corporate strategies to offer expanded services and solutions to TLI customers. TLI’s strong foundation in information technology, operations, finance, sales and with capacity partnerships will prove invaluable in a quick go to market launch.
Jennifer earned her BSBA from the University of Arkansas and has completed supply chain executive management courses at UNT.
