After earning his bachelor’s degree in International Commerce from the University of North Alabama, with minors in Sales and Management, he expanded his expertise as an IT Technical Recruiter. There, he honed high-level skills in B2B sales, recruiting, professional development training, and leadership.

Returning full-time to Time Logistics in early 2022, Dalton now drives innovative AI solutions, streamlines vendor relationships, optimizes CRM systems, and oversees critical administrative functions, fostering operational excellence and empowering the team to deliver top-tier service and industry expertise to clients.
