As the Director of Customer Solutions, Samantha leads Operations and is responsible for excellence in in our customer experience. She is well suited for this role given her 15 years of customer service experience, with a decade of that in Logistics. She provides guidance and support to the team of people who execute our large variety of complex transportation moves. Samantha was new to the logistics industry when she started with Time Logistics, and with a combination of passion and a quest for excellent performance, she quickly earned a spot on our Leadership Team.
Samantha is also a student, actively working on her BS in Business Management.
