As President and Founder of Time Logistics, it is Laura’s vision, passion, and drive that forged a dream of a start-up company into an industry-leading enterprise.
In 1984, she took a switchboard position with a third party-logistics company. By 1996, she had been promoted several times until she left the company as the VP of Operations of the Chicago-based terminal. It was during this time that Laura traveled around the country establishing numerous industry contacts and building lasting business relationships. It is her ability to relate to people, adjust to circumstances, and take risks that enabled her to advance so quickly.
In 1997, Laura moved to the Nashville, TN area to accept the position of VP of Operations for another third-party logistics company before deciding to start her own business. She established Time Logistics, Inc. in August of 2001 without any predetermined customers. Yet, as an industry veteran, she understood that a true customer-centric freight management company could make a true impact in the logistics and supply-chain industry. Never losing sight of what makes any business successful, the company’s core focus will always be about relationships!
